Capital Reserve Analysts is a Reserve Study consulting company located in Katy Texas. Capital Reserve Analysts was founded in 2012 with a simple approach: Provide Reserve Studies that clients can understand and use.
We create each Reserve Study from “scratch” then add client specific research, engineering/construction knowledge, detailed forecasts, and realistic recommendations. The end result is a truly customized Reserve Study that is both detailed and intuitive to follow.
Over the years, we have grown from operating out of a home-office (really just a computer and desk in a spare room) to now providing Reserve Studies and Long-Term Capital Planning Solutions to over 1,000 clients in Arizona, New Mexico, California and Texas. As we grow, our mission is the same:
More Than Just Reserve Studies: SOLUTIONS – Our business model is simple – provide custom, user-friendly Reserve Studies that enable Arizona HOAs and Condominiums to make smart long-term planning decisions.
